WOW $89,000! If only I wanted to move to Florida. Would think that this would fly off the market. Good luck in finding the buyer. Sounds like a great deal!!

Sounds like a great deal in a place where it is actually warm!  I am so sick of gray skies and winter weather!

It amazes me to see these prices after the gains you all had in 2004-2006.

Broker Bryant, even I get excited at seeing these incredible deals.  It's happening all over Florida and I know the folks who are buying now will be so glad they did when these prices are gone forever.

Hey BB,

With each and every listing you post my jaw drops to the ground. As I watch the slide presentation and add up the costs of all the amenities offered you soon realize that you could not build a house for the materials that are there.

Just truly amazing value.

Bryant, a buyer would be lucky to purchase a cheap condo around here in that price range.  Those house would be in the upper $200,000 to low $300,000 here in Connecticut.

It is incredible some of the deals out there.  Myself and my partners are on the hunt once again for more 3/2 rental properties.  This is the time to buy them while the market is way down.  In a few years people will be kicking themselves if they did not buy some of these foreclosures and short sales during 2009.

Wow about covers it.  We have a way to go in my market before you can get a deal like that.

I just saw a news piece about the fantastic price on Florida homes right now because of the foreclosures, in a city in Florida with a lot of canals?  (help me out here... I'm from Chicago :)

Sounds like a great time to pick up some Florida real estate!
