Bill, I get any where from 10 to 30 leads a DAY!!! I just started this about 6 weeks ago and have added several hundred potentilal CASH buyers to my data base. I have 3 -5 ready to make purchases right now. I have a partner in France who advertises for me. We also have properties for sale in Bulgaria.
I started in this business 14 years ago selling almost exclusively to the Brits.
