Rob, You know I had the first house under contract and had the short approved. The darn buyer got cold feet and walked away last week the day before closing!! The 2nd house I had under contract but CountryWide decided they didn't want the cash offer at 95% of market value. Until yesterday. CW called me to say they were ready to close. I had to remind them that they rejected the deal after me fighting with them for 2 weeks about value. That was a month ago. The buyer of course has already closed on his new house. Now the 3rd one is waiting for you to sell it:)
