How hard are these to rent?
Wow, that's good to know. There is a market for short stay rental properties that business people like to rent for a few months a year rather than stay at a hotel, which would be cost prohibitive. What are the closet business districts to where these properties are located? Which county is this?
Makes sense to me. Goodness, a family could take a home in Poinciana for a year and commute from Northern Virginia and have instant vacation.
BB, Wow! Seems like a rip roaring deal? BTW, TLW is in our prayers.
Positive cash flow? Wish we had that in our area right now. I'm going to send this post on to a colleague in Texas who may be interested.
Wow, look at those prices! Do you have multiple offers on listings priced this low? Good golly, please tell me 25 by 5:00 the same day. Thinking of you and TLW every day, take care.
It makes sense to buy if you are planning on retiring soon or want a winter place. What great pricing.
WOW! Some great opportunities for investors in Poinciana!!
(ps: tell TLW hi for me!)
Wow! It makes me want to move to FL. Nice use of the Google docs also. Is there any market there for 1st time buyers? They could buy one of those using good ol' FHA and have a dirt cheap payment as well.
Please give TLW our best wishes
Morning BB,
Great looking properties. Maybe we should take a drive up and check them out. What is the rental market like up there?
Do you manage rental properties as part of your business?
If I lived on the south end of town, I would probably snatch up 5 or 10 rental properties right now in Poinciana. Where else can you buy nice 3/2/2 block houses for $50,000. You can easily (well maybe not that easily) rent these out for $700 or so per month. That will put you in a positive cash flow situation.
I would suggest anybody in Poiniciana that wants to pick up a goo deal to give Broker Bryant a call. He knows his stuff.
Bryant...great idea and let us know if you get some responses. The time is good!
BB, Oh my gosh, those seem like amazing deals! How is the rental market there? I do have an investor that could be interested in buying down there is the rental market is strong. I hope TLW is making a strong recovery:)
Hi Guys,
There are lots of good deals in Poinciana right now. The rental market is pretty strong for properties under $700 per month. I don't handle property management through my company but do have several companies I work closely with that can assist in this area.
Maybe it's time to start an investment club on AR. What do you think?
:)
Hi BB,
An investimet club is an interesting thought. Just might make a day trip up your way.
I keep hoping for news about TLW - How is she?
Those deals are unbelievable. What are the property taxes like in the area? i'm from NY and that's a HUGE issue here. Some houses have taxes that are close to the cost of these homes!
nice use of forms - great posting of what your $$$ can get - tell TLW I got a new S&W (wink)
I'm so glad you brought this up. It is no time better than the present to buy investment property.
$75,000 Living in Florida looks like i'm moving down to Broker Bryant Country!
By the way great job of the google docs.
