Hi Bryant, this looks like a great value. In a few years people will be wondering were the great buys like this one have gone. Nice post
Broker Bryant, you guys certainly do know how to live down there! I should sell the big ol' heap I live in, pack up the dog and move down there!
Very nicely done video!
Bryant- That is a great listing- a Lake Wales Florida Pool Home and hope you sell it fast!
BB- You've said before that most of your homes all look the same. Does that mean you can take a set of pictures for each house plan and recycle them? just a thought.
Looks like a great location. I bet in a few months it will look even better I think about having a place in Florida as soon as the snow starts to fall here.
Bryant,
Great video! Seem's like I might have to move on down to Poinciana Florida so we can do some funny video's together.
Very pretty. Looks like what most buyers want in a Florida home. It's nice and bright and clean. And if I may take the liberty... in answer to Larry Brewer's question... people who move to Florida have an image in mind of what a Florida house should look like. I have no idea where this started (I was born and raised here and never heard anything about a "Florida home" until I got into the real estate business.) . So obviously, the builders give the buyers what they want. And what they want is exactly what this home portrays. There are many similarities, but they do not all look the same.
What a great way to display a very nice listing! I check your blog regularly to get ideas for good ways to write my own posts and even sell some homes! Looks good!
I hope TLW is doing well!
I am sold. Where do I sign? How much is that? A house on a half acre in Miami is a little bit more expensive.
