FORECLOSURES (REOs) IN POINCIANA FL
Yesterday I wrote a post titled "Buying foreclosures in Poinciana Fl". The post was a little on the boring side but it was written for a reason....Google juice!! I just listed a couple of REO (bank owned) properties last week so I'm trying to attract attention from anyone wanting to buy or sell a foreclosure in Poinciana Fl.
Since ActiveRain has tremendous Google juice I figured a post about foreclosures with a key word rich title would work well for me. Well.....it did!!!
In fact with only one post, posted 24 hours ago, I now have the number one position on Google for the following searches.
- Buying a foreclosure in Poinciana
- Selling a foreclosure in Poinciana
- REOs in Poinciana
- Foreclosures in Poinciana
- Poinciana foreclosures for sale
- List a foreclosure in Poinciana
- Find a foreclosure in Poinciana
- Sell a foreclosure in Poinciana
Folks, that's incredible!!!! Of course I do have an advantage in that I work a very specific niche market but it will work in yours as well. It just may take a little longer.
My goal is to break into the foreclosure market. Foreclosures are on the rise in Poinciana and I need to get me some of those suckas to sell!! So I'm fishin' for foreclosure business on Google.
Being in the first position for these searches presents me as the expert on foreclosures in the Poinciana area. Even though I am not the top foreclosure expert in Poinciana....yet, being first on Google gives the perception that I am.
And really, perception and presentation, are a big chunk of what we do. It's how we get business. Of course you do have to be able to back it up to keep it. Fortunately for me, I am very good at what I do, so if they call, they won't be disappointed.
Anyway, I wrote this post to show you how strong our blogging efforts are when it comes to Google. Write about what you know and what you do and the business will come.
Now, if anyone wants to buy or sell a foreclosure (REO) in Poinciana Fl give Broker Bryant a call. I'll be waiting.
By the way, can you guess how much that bass weighs in the picture? I caught it yesterday from my back yard. This may be a trick question based on my presentation and your perception. Give it a try. I'll post the answer later.

Reserved Parking For "The Lovely Wife"...TLW...ROAR!
Blog Boy...
I already know how much it weighed.
I still think we should have fried that sucka up and ate her eggs on crackers :)
I know you think she'll bite again...I do not agree...
You'll need different bait for her to fall for that little trick again :)

Hey Bryant,
I'm trying to tell who has more gray on their face....you or the bass?
Nice post, being in a market area like yours or in niche financing area like mine makes it nice for positioning ourselves well in google juice.
Sean Allen
Oh, on a separate topic......I've been going to Orlando alot lately to meet with an International client out of Central America and every time I'm heading up I-4, I see an exit listed for Poinciana and I think of you and TLW. How far from Orlando (Disney World) is Poinciana? Just curious.
Sean Allen
BB,
did you really catch that Bass? I do like the "Google Juice" AR has. But still, I do not believe I am going to buy a house in Poinciana, Fl. Good Luck Fishing. AJ
Indeed. I started working the foreclosures in my area about 6 months ago. We haven't sold too many bank owned properties, but we got a number of buyers who called about foreclosures but bought something else.
We just got another short sale ratified Friday too.
If this is what the media will write about, this is what I will blog about.
Of course, 95% of what I do is for Google juice. It works.
Sean, We are about 35 minutes south of the Disney area. Give me call if you are ever in the area. We can do lunch if time allows.
Teri, Oh it would have been big enough for the two of us with a few left overs. My market is areal struggle right now but I am holding my own.
Nick, No banana for you!!!
Well thank you Karen
Hun I'm going to catch that sucka again tonight just to prove you wrong! You know that's my mision in life. Not the fishin' but the proving you wrong part:)
Ok...it helps with the fish. I'm 6'2" 265.
AJ, I did. Caught it yesterday afternoon an about my 20th cast.
Lenn, I KNOW you love Google juice. Almost as much as fishing!!!
I'll take the banana.... :)
65 libs?
You have great google juice going there and rightfully so....you've been working on this for quite some time and got it going on!
Hi Broker Bryant, I see why you would get all juiced up with Google juice on this post. It hit all the point offered some great information an is targeted to your market! Nice post.
Okay Darlin'...
Well that cracked me up...What in the world would you do with out me? :)
Who would your 'real' life audience be? :)
TLW...ROAR!
Oh...
By the way...It's pretty easy for you all to see why I don't miss the Lake.
The creek is closer and has fish...All that's missing is the gun play.
That's not so bad though we were spending an awful lot of ammo :)

Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he lets it G O?
16 pounds. What did you use to catch it?
Bryant - 8lbs - That looks more like bait to me... you guys need to come visit Alaska so we can show you what real fish look like. :)
That is awesome. I really wasn't aware of the power of blogging until I did my article on Amendment 1 property taxes. It went to #1 on Google, got 14000 hits in just 2 weeks, and landed me an interview with a Fox 35 reporter. Too cool.
Way to go BB.
BB,
My guess is 15 pounds.
2.5.
Read your email.

Bryant, congratulations on the Google Juice. Pretty amazing.....and powerful. I been blogging my little heart out. I just got 2 first time home buyers, 1 listing and 1 short sale.
17 pounds of bass there! Nice on the back porch.....I like the lifestyle!
Nice catch there BB. I'm going to guess 6 lbs. (ok, I cheated and saw Lenn's post). I'm guessing that Jesse's halibut there is about 80 lbs. My son once caught a 27 lb halibut off the coast of Westport WA. It was the big one of the day.
BB - someday, I'm going to move to Florida.
OK so Lenn spilled the beans. It was a 6 pounder!!! I used that picture on purpose to illustrate how important presentation is. Here is what it really looks like
What a big difference the presentation made!!!! There's a point here. Did you get it?
Another great idea about the title and google. We're seeing a lot of REO and NOD talk up here. Though it's difficult to get an accurate count. Getting weekly from title co and realty trac and that's about as good as it gets so far.
