The more we are educated about short sales, the better off we all are. Everytime you turn around there are new changes and as short sale agents we have to be on top of the changes.

Listing agents (especially those REO kingpen agents) that shun other agents eventually get what is coming to them.  Other agents remember them and avoid their listings after a while.
