Got the email list and have read some of these already.  Cutting commissions was an interesting thread. I have the buyer and seller right now on a 57K short sale...not a lot of commission to cut here but I bet they try.

Bryant - unfortunately cutting commissions comes often because we can't make it happen without trying to cut here and there. And commissions is the first one in these situations.
