We recently had a non responsive Chase short sale person so I asked the seller, the buyers agent and the buyer to call. It worked they finally got back with us , but they turned the ss down

BB,

I am probably going to get the classes just to brush up.  On some topics. Hope in your HUD classes you are going over language on the HUD.  For instance how banks like BofA will not pay for line items like "deed prep" but they will pay for Attorney fees.  It is all in language of how you word it.

You can't train enough and need to constantly be on top of ss is this is what you do.  I love the fact BB is putting info out there for everyone to learn from.
