BB - excellent photo display! That's a pretty clean looking house with great colors! Interesting all the way around. Does it come with that yellow balloon in the formal? :-)

Great job marketing the property and setting expectations. Yes, it's close to the airport, but large and nearly new. The listing price may not clear all liens and encubrances, but you are disclosing this up front. Thanks for showing 'how to get the job done'.

My goodness. How beautiful! I feel so bad for the people who lost their homes! Good luck finding new owners.

Bryant, I wish I could buy it. Prices look good there! I can usually get an extension if all else fails on my short sales. When you get so close, I don't think the banks want to foreclose. I hope you get it sold Bryant! Good luck. It seems like my short sales are always hard work but blessed in a way. I always get them closed. I still have a 100% approval rating to date. I keep knocking on wood when I say that. Tenacious is my middle name. I have another gal I work with who is also tenacious and does a lot of short sales and she's always in my mind with a phrase she uses often..... "Get 'er done". Works for her!

Hey BB: What a fabulous piece of real estate in Orlando! And the price sounds so utterly affordable. I would suspect that you'll easily get an extension on those short sale approval letters. Best wishes for a new buyer who can snap this up before somebody else does.

That really does look like a great deal at a great price. Hope you can get a new buyer and an extension on your approval letters. I'm betting that you can and will!

Wow, that home would be a great deal even in San Antonio!

Maybe the folks who commented on this post would like to team up and buy it as a vacation home. I'm in!

Cheers,

Robin
