Unbelievable price! Up here in the frigid North Shore of Chicago this property would sell for about $700,000 (would have been $1 million a few years ago.) You've got the weather, but I guess we've got the big city commerce.

I love the Atrium. We could buy this ourselves and fill the Atrium with butterflies. Then add birds. Once the birds eat the butterflies we could add cats. Once the cats eat the birds we could add dogs. Once we the dogs eat the cats we could add gators. That ought to wrap things up :)

Will, my husband and I have put a bid in. I am from a long line of Florida families who settled in Florida around the 1500's. We are retiring so this home will be our last if god willing. I love Colorado been here a long time, but its time to go home. This home will be taken care of as you can see the love that went into it when it was built. Having to wait is the hardest part. It would have been nice, if they could close before the June 1 2010 deadline then I might have offered more.
