WoW! it's amazing that properties can so for such a reasonable price especially with the ability to rent at such a great rate of return. Dang...We had that kind of market back in the early 1990's during the S&L Crisis and I wish I had bought everything I could get my hands on!

If we're thinking about alternative financing, we oufgt to talk about owner financing on REO's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I'll hear all those that say "it can't be done." They are right of course, they can't do it. In another life, in a galaxy far far away, I did many of them.

Maybe a hint to someone who doesn't yet know such self defeating Urban legends.

Hi BB - That is an amazing price for a nice litle home!  I guess your market is very different from ours.  Here it would be 2 1/2 - 3 times that.  An investor should pick that one up quickly.

Hi there. Well we had 5 showings on this one today so hopefully it will be under contract over the next day or two.

Vickie, this house is on a paved road and was built by America's First Home. They are now out of business.

We have plenty of similar homes available.
