Great video, BB. I have done a number of driving-around videos to give buyers a perspective on different communities, as well as specific houses. They are always most appreciated and give such a different view point than photos. Congrats on the sale. Bet there will be more like this to follow.

The camera is a Kodak v705. It's a great little camera for making videos. Now if we could just figure out what to do about the wind :)

Great help for an out of town buyer. I video the interiors all the time for clients... ya have to be careful to not trip, however, as you are looking thru the camera and narrating!
It is pretty amazing how technology has changed the way we can do business. I like the way that the camera is nice and steady. So many times it seems the videos bounce around and almost make you motion sick.
