Reserved Parking For "The Lovely Wife"...TLW...ROAR!

Hun...

If a person could really laugh their arse off that's what I'd be doing right now :)

Very, very funny. Now get to work :)

TLW...ROAR!

BB,

I'd say you need to check that into a rehab facility. I don't think they have a Betty Ford in Poinciana.:))

hope you are kidding about the "hardwood" floor that is just too funny!

Posted by Janice Roosevelt,Ecobroker, ABR, e-PRO ( - Keller Williams Real Estate -) about 1 year ago

Bryant - this is too funny. Shows the power of words, doesn't it? Everything you wrote is "technically" true.

Posted by Jackie - MortgageVirtualAssistant.com (770.469.7385) about 1 year ago

Someone was not happy they had to leave.  I guess the saying, "they took everything including the kitchen sink", applies in this case.

Posted by Mark Watterson Utah Real Estate (Principle Realty Group, Inc) about 1 year ago

OK, tell TLW that one can laugh their arse off, as I just did so. Unfortunately I have a sinus headache for day 3 now, and this just set me back a bit on the control of the whole headache thing!

But, what I have to know is.... are you sure you are not writing this for a listing agent?

GREAT POST!!!!!!!!

You have to investigate and work on all these things. The word foreclosure almost has the same reaction as a going out of businedd sign in a store. Peopler rush i for the "Deal" and lose there good sense. Thanks fo rthe post and the reminder

I wondered where all that nice material came from I saw on Craigslist!

Well ... it seems as though there is a bit of work to be done.  I hope that whoever bought this property had access to these photos before they signed on the dotted line.  I can't fathom buying a house over the internet, sight unseen.  Just boggles this old brain.

Hey BB,

Another great post, with a good laugh to start the day off. Many thanks.

I hate to disagree with a top producer (LOVED that video), but the floors look like laminate to me :)

all the best to you and TLW...

Hopefully someone did not really have the crackers to write that beautiful phrasing:)

Love the post I have never seen grass that high in Florida, wow! And the spacious kitchen sure is roomy. You dont have to worry about those silly cabinets that clutter up the space :) Im sure you got a good deal though.

This is why so many buyers are afraid to buy anything sight unseen- we are their eyes and ears to local Real Estate- since so many of our buyers are from out of the area- I ALWAYS visit ones that they are potentially interested in purchasing...most times they are very disappointing but..every once in a while there is a pleasant surprise.

Love the photos!

Posted by St.Cloud Homes & Land, LLC about 1 year ago

I love the sarcasm. The sad thing is how many of these are out there.

Posted by Claude Cross-Charlotte NC Real Estate(Homes By Cross, Inc.) about 1 year ago

LOL. Loved the postings. I have been in houses like this recently!!

Posted by Kim Curran (RE/MAX Unlimited of Northern Virginia) about 1 year ago

Bryant great post.  Let the buyer beware, especially the greedy guy.  But, it all boils down to price.  At the right price this home may be a gem.  At the wrong price, some one could be in over their head.

Posted by Gabe Sanders, Stuart Florida Real Estate (Premier Realty Group) about 1 year ago

Wow - How can I gets me one?

Posted by Steve Kappre, Gloucester - Camden County NJ Mortgage Loan Officer | 856-419-3561 (Treasury Mortgage | Mortgage Company - New Jersey) about 1 year ago

Hey, that's not so bad.  At least it is stripped clean.  Around my 'hood it is more common to find 17 dumpsters full of rodent infested trash and debris.  :-)

Posted by Cheryl Johnson, Bob Taylor Properties, Inc., Los Angeles, CA about 1 year ago

Is the chandelier in the dining area included?  Funny

Posted by Ed Silva CDPE, GRI, ABR, Real Estate Agent (RE/MAX Partners, LLC, Prospect, Ct) about 1 year ago

Bryant - It looks pretty clean to me. You can just add a few personal touches to make it your home. We don't have as many Bank owned property here in Tennessee, but I did show one in January that had water running under the front door due to water pipes freezing during the cold night.

Posted by Larry Brewer (Benchmark Realty LLc) about 1 year ago

Bryant,

Perhaps I shouldn't be laughing, but this is so funny and illustrates Truth In Advertising...!!! LOL, Thanks,   Fran

Sights like this (in your post) used to be unusual. Not any more.

Posted by Susie Blackmon~Ocala~Horses~Horse Farms~Social Media for Horse Industry. about 1 year ago

Oh wow. The previous owners really stripped that bare! Ya think they were holding a little grudge?

Posted by Lisa Hill (Daytona Beach Real Estate) (Florida Property Experts) about 1 year ago

Good grief!  Or maybe bad grief!  So is the listing agent in any kind of hot water over this one?  Still, I can't imagine buying anything sight unseen unless I really knew and trusted my buyer broker.  This house clearly needs a lot more than landscaping!

Posted by Patricia Kennedy (Evers & Company Realtors) about 1 year ago

Like beauty, TLC or total rehab definitions lie in the beauty of its beholder. I know I'm being sarcastic today. But I know you get what I mean...

NICE! Here they would have listed it as beautiful hardwood floors and view!!!

Truth in advertising.....

To getting the truth out there...

Best

Hey BB!

Um, I think it needs a little touch up paint, and the carpets definately need to be cleaned. Other then that, I think it should sell pretty quickly, Great condition! :) Btw,  A little agent to agent advice, if you do sell that home, make sure your home address isn't in the phone book, you may just have an angry person throwing bricks through your windows! Just a thought...

Oh you forgot to mention, spectacular yard, with jungle like habitat. Including small and large beasts roaming in plain daylight, with a zoo like atmosphere! (The small beasts are the cockroaches, and the large beasts are the 5lb rats!)

Posted by Lisa Udy Realtor Utah Real Estate Specialist (Logan Utah Real Estate The Platinum Real Estate Group) about 1 year ago

Hey guys. My buyer actually placed this property under contract today. We got close to a 25k discount for the condition so that's not too bad.

The REO agent that has it listed callled me to make sure we had seen it. It seems buyers kept getting it under contract only to walk after looking at it. Not sure why they just didn't disclose the repairs needed in the listing. In my market you don;t have time to look at foreclosures if you want a deal. Get your offer accepted then go look.

Posted by Bryant Tutas-Tutas Towne Realty, Inc about 1 year ago

Bryant that is beyond TLC, it is more in need of major surgery.  It almost looks like you turned TLW lose on it with her shot gun :)

Posted by George Souto (McCue Mortgage) FHA, CHFA, VA Mortgages CT. about 1 year ago

He he he!  LMAO.  Great post-just what I needed today.  :)

Posted by Lisa Spalding, REALTOR, CDPE (Casa Latino Four Corners, REALTOR, CDPE) about 1 year ago

BB - Looks like a "contractor" special. Or a great deal for an investors - spend a few bucks then relist. It actually looks a lot cleaner than a number of properties I have seen recently.

BB, you had me at "spickets".  Wishing that was the "rare" and not becoming the "norm"!

Posted by Kevin J. May Naples, FL Southwest Florida Real Estate (Prudential Florida Realty) about 1 year ago

Uh, that's really bad.  I hope there were several photos in the MLS to highlight the home's "features" or lack thereof.

Posted by Teresa Cox King, Gulf Shores Beaches to Mobile Bay (RE/MAX of Gulf Shores) about 1 year ago

BB--"His and hers spigots on the bathroom wall" LOL you are so funny...Too bad this is true.

Hope you and TLW have a lovely Sunday! :)
